MINOR BASILICA OF OUR LADY OF MANAOAG
- The first Chapel of Santa Monica was built by Augustinians in 1600 at the present graveyard site.
- Initially served by Lingayen Friars, later by Mangaldan Dominicans in 1605.
- Since Dec 8, 1972, the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag is under the Philippine Dominican Province.
