In 1991, Fr. Arnel M. Suzara became the first diocesan priest of the Parish of the Holy Child, introducing programs like SOLCC, CFC, and the Socorro Youth Ministry.
In 1994, Participatory Action Research (PAR) helped shape the parish vision of worship, sharing, and service. This vision continues to guide the parish mission and activities.
